Il peut \u00eatre pratiqu\u00e9 dans un espace r\u00e9duit.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Debout, les pieds parall\u00e8les \u00e9cart\u00e9s de la largeur des \u00e9paules, les deux mains paumes face \u00e0 face devant la poitrine, devant les points <a href=\"https:\/\/champenois-laurence-mtc.fr\/index.php\/2020\/04\/02\/1p\/\">Zhongfu<\/a> et Yunmen, doigts joints et allong\u00e9s vers le ciel<\/li><li>Inspirer en serrant les omoplates et en d\u00e9ployant la poitrine<\/li><li>Puis rel\u00e2cher la poitrine en expirant et allonger les bras en poussant les mains paumes vers l&rsquo;avant, doigts vers le ciel.
